NEW YORK – The Track ECN operated by direct access brokerage company Track Data will now be available on Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure (SFTI), the financial industry’s communications backbone connecting to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and other venues, including all US National Market Systems markets.

Track ECN allows traders to display and match limit orders for stocks, routing to major markets and offering a feed showing depth of book, as well as multiple order entry choices providing additional liquidity and best execution pricing.

“Consistent with our strategy of providing the industry’s leading open and neutral platform for liquidity access, adding Track ECN further increases the options available to our customers,” says Lou Modano, Senior Vice President, NYSE TransactTools, an NYSE Euronext subsidiary which provides connectivity for financial markets using SFTI.
