FRANKFURT – Deutsche Börse and the St. Petersburg Currency Exchange (SPCEX) are partnering to work together on listing projects.

SPCEX will advise, inform and provide pre-IPO support to companies from its region seeking to list on the Deutsche Börse. SPCEX and Deutsche Börse intend to collaborate on advancing German and Russian financial markets, and opening them to international investors and companies.

Deutsche Börse has been organizing IPO conferences and road shows in Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries of the former Soviet Union, to promote stock exchange listing for companies from those countries. Last year, eight countries from the region listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the first time.
