Overview The Global Investment Technology Leadership Roundtable is a capital markets think tank and membership forum for senior executives from each segment of the securities and investment supply chain — pension funds, investment managers, broker-dealers, banks, and exchanges. The executives meet twice a year, once in the Now in its 11th year, the Leadership Roundtable endeavors to educate and inform our members by establishing an environment of trust that encourages the open exchange of ideas for the mutual benefit of all members. Membership in this unique network is by invitation only, based on level of seniority and scope of responsibility within financial organizations. The number of firms within each category is carefully controlled to ensure a balanced representation among investment industry participants, so that no industry segment dominates the discussion. All member firms participate on an equal basis. To read our Mission Statement, click here. Membership
Membership is limited to financial institutions. Each
member firm is entitled to name two (2) designated members. As long
as one of the designated members attends, an alternate may be
substituted for the other member. This policy ensures the executive
level of the participants, and provides continuity from meeting to
meeting.
Programs
The program themes/topics for each meeting are
determined in consultation with the membership. In addition, a
program planning committee comprising interested members helps
prioritize potential topics and suggests industry practitioners and
other experts to participate on the program. An Advisory Board
chosen for its breadth of expertise in business and technology
issues also assists in program development and sourcing of industry
experts, consultants, and academics who serve as speakers and
discussion leaders. All programs are completely off the record and no press is allowed. Executive Summaries of the proceedings are published following each meeting. Sponsorships The Leadership Roundtable invites the participation of a limited number of sponsors who serve the financial industry. Sponsors may include consulting firms and financial technology providers, or other firms who serve the financial community. Sponsors participate on an equal basis with members, and are included in open sessions, as well as meals and receptions. There are no tabletop or other vendor exhibitions.
